Australia’s new travel whole-of-journey loyalty program, designed with Ellipsis
Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) today unveiled World360 Rewards, a category-redefining loyalty program offering Australians greater freedom, choice and value across the entire travel journey. Designed in partnership with Ellipsis, The Loyalty Experts® and a leading loyalty consultancy, World360 Rewards brings a new era of customer-centred travel rewards to market.
World360 Rewards is a travel-first, whole-of-journey loyalty program that enables members to earn and redeem points across participating Flight Centre Travel Group brands and a large global network of airlines, hotels, cruises, tours and experiences. With a simple earn structure, a free membership tier and a turbo-charging paid tier ($249 per annum), the program delivers standout flexibility and reward choice for Australian travellers.
Ellipsis was instrumental in shaping the program’s vision, strategy, design and implementation, partnering with FCTG from the earliest stages to define a customer-led value proposition and end-to-end loyalty experience.
A breakthrough in accessible, high-value travel loyalty
World360 Rewards enables members to earn on bookings across Flight Centre, Travel Associates and Cruiseabout, as well as through travel partners, financial services and upcoming everyday partners. It also unlocks the ability to stack rewards (double and triple dip), earning World360 Rewards points alongside airline and credit card loyalty currencies — a significant advantage for frequent and occasional travellers alike.
Members can redeem points with complete flexibility via a Points + Pay slider on any eligible booking, or within the exclusive World360 Rewards Store, where curated travel offers deliver exceptional value.

Launch details
World360 Rewards is available for customers in Australia from 26 November 2025, supported by a nationwide launch campaign across in-store, digital, outdoor and airport environments.
