The project objective was to assess the financial value of the target, including complex due diligence and modelling of points earn and redemption.
Ellipsis built a comprehensive financial model covering multiple critical metrics of program value, including phased redemption profiling, weighted points costings, various growth scenarios, and NPV/ROI valuations.
The Ellipsis team also developed a regional affinity marketing strategy, supported by research into real-time digital capabilities.
Based on the financial modelling and Ellipsis’ advice, our client ultimately did not proceed with the transaction.
