Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Client Project Manager to join our team, bringing strong client relationship management and collaboration skills with project management disciplines.

The Client Project Manager leads project engagements from planning and initiation, to completion, ensuring high quality deliverables, to meet strategic requirements, profitability and client satisfaction. This is a hands-on role that requires a balance of attention-to-detail with an appreciation of loyalty strategies.

Oversee effective management and execution of Ellipsis client projects, liaising between high-profile clients and the internal consulting and delivery teams. Ensure robust project management processes and best practices are maintained, for the business to efficiently deliver high-quality outputs.



1. Client Relationship Management & Collaboration

  • Serve as a central point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining trusted relationships with clear communication and reliability.

  • Represent Ellipsis in client meetings, workshops and presentations with professionalism and confidence.

  • In collaboration with the project team, proactively provide ideas and solutions to help the client meet their objectives.

  • Proactively engage with assigned clients to understand their industry, business, project objectives and challenges, to identify opportunities for Ellipsis to deepen the relationship and enhance client satisfaction.

  • Facilitate collaboration across the client/project team of loyalty strategists, consultants, analysts and program management specialists to ensure seamless project planning and delivery.

  • Integrate and collaborate with other client and project partners to deliver high standards of service and communication.


2. Project Management

  • Provide project planning discipline across internal strategy, consulting and delivery teams. Define project scope and plans, timelines, deliverables and resourcing requirements.

  • Closely monitor scope, redefining and updating as needed from proposal and throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively communicate and manage scope creep as required with internal and client teams.

  • Use Ellipsis selected project management tools to set up, monitor and report on project metrics including financials (budget, forecast and profitability), quality, timelines and client satisfaction.

  • Ensure the client project teams manage, update and track projects accordingly in the selected internal project management tools.

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects to scope and plan, ensuring the client project teams run to budget and timelines, producing quality deliverables.

  • Run effective client meetings, creating and sharing agendas, taking and distributing meeting minutes and following up on actions. Prepare and lead client project status updates with the internal team.

  • Proactively identify and report issues and risks to the Project Lead throughout the project lifecycle, actively supporting the team to communicate and resolve issues.

  • Conduct and contribute to (mid- and post-) project reviews, gathering feedback from all client and internal stakeholders to report on outcomes and improvement opportunities.


3. Ellipsis Ways of Working

  • Lead client project engagements ‘The Ellipsis Way.’ Ensure mandatory blueprints and tools are utilised with relevant application of Ellipsis IP and strategic frameworks with internal QA process to meet the Ellipsis expected high quality.

  • Maintain strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail across all client engagements and deliverables.

  • Uphold company values consistently to promote the Ellipsis reputation for excellence in loyalty.


Your Skills and experience


Key Competencies

  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.

  • Strong eye for detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs across every stage of a project.

  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, able to clearly communicate issues, directly collaborating with senior-level internal and client stakeholders.

  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach.

  • Ability to identify and manage priorities while coordinating multiple complex projects for different internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Able to manage ambiguity, interpret instructions to understand requirements and deliver outputs to suit.

  • Quick to learn, adaptable in using a variety of project management systems and tools (high proficiency in MS tools - PowerPoint, Excel).



Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 4 years in client-facing project management roles, ideally in strategic or brand agency environment.

  • Experienced across all project management disciplines.
