Ellipsis is one of a kind. The Loyalty Experts. A specialist loyalty consultancy on a mission to become the world's best, and we're looking for a Senior Client Project Manager to keep our client engagements running at the standard our clients expect. This is a hands-on, client-facing role sitting at the centre of our delivery operation. You'll own project management end-to-end across complex, multi-workstream engagements, liaising between senior clients and our internal consulting and delivery teams.

If you're an experienced project manager from a strategic consulting, CRM or agency environment who has experience project managing marketing and strategic projects and thrives on precision, pace and building trusted client relationships this is for you.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the central point of contact on assigned projects, building trusted relationships internally and externally through clear communication, reliability and exceptional delivery.

  • Lead project engagements from initiation through to completion: defining scope, plans, timelines, deliverables and resourcing requirements across internal consulting and delivery teams

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects to scope and budget, holding team members accountable for quality, timelines and profitability

  • Monitor and manage scope proactively throughout the project lifecycle, communicating and resolving scope creep with both client and internal stakeholders

  • Use Ellipsis project management tools to set up, track and report on project metrics including financials, quality, timelines and client satisfaction

  • Run effective meetings: setting agendas, capturing and distributing minutes, following up on actions and leading project status updates

  • Proactively identify and escalate issues and risks, actively supporting the team to resolve them before they impact delivery

  • Conduct mid- and post-project reviews, gathering feedback from all stakeholders and identifying improvement opportunities

  • Become an expert in The Ellipsis Way and ensure all client engagements are delivered with the rigour, quality standards and use of Ellipsis IP that our clients and reputation demand

  • Identify and progress opportunities to deepen client relationships, including cross-sell and upsell of additional Ellipsis products and services

Who you are

  • Minimum 4 years in client-facing marketing project management roles, ideally in a strategic consulting, CRM or brand agency environment

  • Experienced across all project management disciplines: scope, budget, timeline, risk, resourcing and stakeholder management

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality outputs at every stage

  • Strong stakeholder management skills: confident communicating directly with senior-level client and internal stakeholders

  • Able to manage ambiguity, interpret incomplete briefs, and turn them into structured plans and outputs

  • Comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously under time pressure

  • Quick to learn and adaptable across project management tools and systems, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
