Ellipsis is one of a kind. The Loyalty Experts. A specialist loyalty consultancy on a mission to become the world's best, and we're looking for a Senior Consultant to become a key leader on this ambitious journey. This is a hands-on consulting role with real commercial accountability: you'll own workstreams end-to-end for leading brands across retail, banking, insurance and airlines, building the data-driven strategies and financial business cases that prove loyalty programmes work.

If you're a sharp, commercially minded consultant with 5+ years in loyalty, CRM or customer strategy and you want to go deep as a specialist rather than wide across everything this is it.

What you'll do

  • Own specific workstreams end-to-end on complex client engagements, from strategic development through to final recommendations. You will be engaging stakeholders at all levels through interviews, workshops, meetings and presentations

  • Conduct market, competitor and customer research alongside qualitative and quantitative analysis and deep data insights to surface insights and inform loyalty strategy

  • Build financial models and business cases that quantify the commercial value of loyalty programme design, partnerships and initiatives

  • Produce client deliverables to Ellipsis standards, applying data visualisation and storytelling to bring insights and recommendations to life

  • Apply structured problem-solving techniques (First Principles Thinking, Hypothesis-Based Problem Solving, Pyramid Principle) to turn complex briefs into clear, fact-based outputs, leveraging AI tools to improve productivity without compromising quality

  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery and proactively escalating risks

  • Contribute to business development, nurturing client relationships, supporting proposals, delivering thought leadership and supporting Ellipsis marketing activities

  • Stay current on global loyalty markets, programme mechanics, innovations and best practices, contributing to Ellipsis IP and internal knowledge

Who you are

  • 5+ years in management consulting, loyalty, CRM or customer strategy at a senior or equivalent level

  • Demonstrated experience leading workstreams on complex consulting engagements with direct client stakeholder management

  • Strong working knowledge of loyalty programme mechanics, economics and customer engagement principles

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, interpretation and visualisation, with strong financial modelling and business case development skills

  • Experienced with structured problem-solving frameworks and comfortable translating ambiguous briefs into clear analysis and outputs

  • Proficient in AI productivity tools and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  • Proactive, precise and accountable. You anticipate what's needed, manage competing priorities under pressure, and hold yourself to a high standard

  • Genuine interest in loyalty and customer strategy, with a commercially minded approach that combines numeracy with strong business acumen

  • Collaborative and growth-minded. You actively seek feedback, share knowledge and thrive in a small, high-performing team
