Flybuys active members have increased by 4.4% in 2025 and swipe rates are up 6%. Customers redeeming Flybuys points through 50% shareholder Coles Group supermarkets increased by 13.3% last financial year with $413m worth of points redeemed by customers at Coles checkouts (up from $384m in 2023 and $134m in 2020). Losses have reduced to $10m from a loss of $36m in 2024 ($26.85m in 2023).

Qantas Loyalty recorded $2.9 billion in revenue and $556 million in EBIT last financial year, with 17.6 million Frequent Flyers. Revenue is up from last year's $2.5 billion and $1.5 billion prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Barrenjoey expects revenue to increase to $3.9 billion in the coming three financial years to be Qantas's 2nd biggest earner behind its Qantas domestic business in FY28.
